other than receiving salary on time there is not pros

Cons

there is mo scope of growth in the company company works on the outdated tech stack hence no career growth too increments are always delays with each year pushing increment by 3-4 months after 3 year one year increment is gone

People within teams are great Office hours flexibility

Favouritism is at its peak Uses outdated and only free tools hence no scope of growth Very toxic enviroment Compensation and appraisals are always delayed Hard work is rarely appreciated One of the manager says company owns you and if they wish can force you to work 24hrs a day

Pros

Only reason to work for the company might be the flexibility in terms of working hours.

Cons

Working hours usually exceed the regular 9-5. No proper pipeline in terms of organisational hierarchy. Very limited or zero Proper appreciation for contributions. Managers take credit for their team’s contributions whenever possible.
