Management does not like you having a voice. The management team as a whole is like a high school clique. The attendance policy is a joke, 5 points for each day (not occurrence) missed and it counts as a full day if you are an hour or more late. This was the reason I was let go. I’m prone to getting sick, and it usually takes more than a day to recover. But unlike other employees who would be walked out after there desk was gathered, they offered to mail my stuff and called me to let me go. Told them not to worry about it, I had already cleared my desk when they tried to let go of me prior to getting consent the leave team.
