      Almost everything else. Extremely disorganized, hanging on by a thread and the toxicity from leadership trickles down throughout teams.

      Relaxed environment (maybe too relaxed) Fun projects

      Cons

      severe cash flow issues, no structure, no process, no promotion plans, no career development, no professionalism, bad financial performance driven by dumb decision-making, issues paying vendors, toxic culture, incompetent staff & leadership, delayed expenses, extremely chaotic and unorganized, even supposedly fun projects turn into nightmares
