Pros
HQ at Germany is very friendly and this reflects to all branches in the world. Company culture is very relaxed yet result orientated. Website is the best in the industry and most of the time the products sell itself.
Cons
Company sometimes may not recognise the strengths that the current employees carry. However, it is up to the worker to prove that (as always).

Cons
There is always room for improvement, but I think TENTE is on top of those items.
