Employee freedom to make decisions (small) and fast pace of work (less levels/ bureaucracy)
Cons
Poor remuneration/ employee benefit minimal/ no bonus/ no employee recognition/ no opportunity for growth as quite a small company. Workplace bullying but lacking HR support- no HR education for what is workplace bullying.
