      This job robs you! Non livable wages!!!!!!!!! You need to work a second job if you decide to work here to live.

      The people we help. They make it worth it.

      Cons

      •Wages (extremely low) They should be embarrassed to pay me $650 for 2weeks working full time. •Overly demanding ( I hade to pick up another job to make ends meet & I was being grilled about it) •Unprofessional •Uncaring higher ups •Understaffed •Hr needs improvement •Misinformation ( No one knows anything) •No pay raise after 6months !!!!! They lie and don’t give it to you.

As a non-profit agency, TERI relies heavily on government funding sources to fund staff wages. Please contact your local government representatives to support TERI's active continual efforts to lobby for increased funding to support individuals with developmental disabilities and their staff.

      Communication Horrible

      Great co-workers. You form a wonderful bond with students.

      Cons

      Horrible communication. Not enough training. RBT side, the supervisorsame had no idea what they were doingoing. Programs weren't ran correctly and clients were kept on the same programs for too long even after martery

      Great mission/great clients/low pay/many expectations/unsupportive supervisors/ cliques

      Free food, lots of overtime opportunities, job with a pupose, a lot of down time with clients

      Cons

      Low pay, unsupportive supervisors, favoritism towards certain staff, calls and text messages as a phone call when your not paid to be on call,
