      Pros

      Supportive management, interesting work, team environment. Everyone helped everyone.

      Cons

      Schlumberger dissolved the team environment here, no support and started treating everyone like idiots. Micromanaging from distant and unrelated staff who had never been in the field, to SLC or in the industry in general. Massive unrelated red tape to get anything done. everyone left
