Where do I start? Everyone in management needs to be replaced before ANY improvements could be made. Skills, experience, education or pride in your work mean absolutely nothing if you don't join the buddy system. Can't trust much of anything management might tell you. Don't make plans because the schedule may change at the drop of a hat. The equipment is severely neglected, due to a nonexistent preventative maintenance program. Maintenance personnel's suggestions fall on deaf ears. Never seems to be money to PROPERLY repair equipment, instead most everything gets the duct tape and rubber-band treatment. No pay raises, you better try to get what you want when you start. Never felt as disrespected at any other job. More backstabbing here than any place I've ever seen. Management has got their priorities all mixed up.
