      Runs smoothly when the owner is not involved in the day to day.

      Cons

      Poor leadership from the owner who is not equipped to be a leader. The lack in leadership makes it a difficult work environment.

      My co-workers were awesome. Good hours

      The management and HR are TERRIBLE. They are unfair. They do not follow the handbook rules. They have favorites. They lie so it looks like they are not doing anything wrong. When actually they are not doing anything right.
