Great place to start you a career in payroll and accounts receivable. You can get in, learn payroll rules and develop yourself. Annual pay increase of typically $1/hr. Annual bonus, PTO, somewhat flexible schedule
Cons
After a year or so you will have learned many things. There is absolutely no opportunity for growth. You will not learn everything about payroll but you will get part of it. Don't expect to become a supervisor or manager - it will never happen.
