Great Opportunity for Workaholics

The work is 100% Remote and pays well.

Cons

Reason it pays well is the workload can be extremely demanding. Heavily promoted work/life balance which most of the time does not apply. Work culture is only "good" if you fit into well established cliques. Claims to provide "training", but the training is how to do something the way they would like, not to train how to actually do the task.

Meet some good people that do work hard

Cons

Common sense lacks in management. Company won "best place to work" awards however it is not unless you enjoy terrible work ethic among management along with unreal expectations from management. There is the fear of being fired because of minor mistakes. Unfortunately, there is little diversity.
