      Healthy food concept where you can learn about health and nutrition

      Unprofessional management "OWNERS". They had an hourly pay scale that started at an agreed amount with HR and the hiring contract that offset minimum wage. They played with your financial income like it was a toy and changed it at different times. You went from 20 to 25 to 35 and back to 20 or less an hour. It was great pay but terrible business practices. The irony is that they prided themselves on getting their liquor products from companies that have good ethical treatment of employees yet they couldn't even do it themselves.

      - Toxic workplace - Unclear job descriptions/responsibilities - High turnover - Abusive Managers - Owners are narcissists - Long Hours/large workload and low pay - Unclean BOH/break area - Was attacked and questioned for using amenities included with employment by other employees

      Unethical, Toxic, Degrading, Exploitative

      Hours, free coffee, freedom because no one is actually in charge and theres no real consequences for anything

      More than I can list. Managers lie, paychecks were rigged many times to steal money from employees, managers talk about employees personal traumas and blame them for issues that are clearly company based, everyone is underpaid, company does no inventory so anything can be stolen which is just poor business practices, racial remarks from managers, the most gaslighting you will ever experience is from this general manager, complete chaos with so many employees being effected negatively by working here, the craziest amount of turnover you will ever see so constantly are understaffed and no accommodations are made you just are expected to do the work of 3 people for the same pay. Health issue accommodations are gaslit and never granted. Constant lies over and over from management everyday.
