      +Nice techs to work with in the fields of mechanical engineering, electronics, hardware and software. +Very nice colleagues and very capable.

      Cons

      Not a pleasant working environment: + Constantly on pressure with absurd deadlines + Almost non existent project management + No modern structures of team working + No hybrid

      Great technology, upper management needs to modernize

      Pros

      One of the most technologically advanced product lines, designed and manufactured in Greece. International activity with plenty of exposure. Plenty of things to learn. High level of expertise. High performance is acknowledged by upper management (subject to manager's willingness to give credits).

      Cons

      Company politics, especially at middle management level. Group's Senior Management's culture and values, influencing people at lower levels too. Little patience with newcomers to start performing.
