      Pros

      . Compensation was excellent and laid back atmosphere was great. Leadership was hands on and forth coming on updates weekly.

      Cons

      training was like pulling teeth to get information. Spent much time wasted due to personal not wanting to share job information - only what they did not want to do. Review time was given duties, unable to do them due to restraints from personal in same department and HR. No reason given for

      Flexible work from home and in office schedule. Community is positive and helpful. CEO is connected with Employees. Benefits.

      Cons

      IP can be difficult to navigate Lack luster company-provided technology. A data company where the front line soldiers all have computers/software years behind what is current and best performance is border line comical. Horizontal movement. Pay is middle of the road.
