      Pros

      Small but mighty group of smart, driven individuals who want to produce the best work possible for our clients. Since we are a small agency, everyone wears multiple hats and jumps in wherever needed to get projects across the finish line. Proactive, motivated, self-starters thrive here.

      Cons

      The majority of employees work remotely so it is more difficult to build culture. Regular video calls, individual check-ins, and annual company off-site meetings help employees connect with one another. Turnover is high, so you must be able to jump in quickly and provide value to your team.

      Pros

      A small team with very high caliber clients - we have the opportunity for true face time with management within clients and internally. This is a job where you really have the chance to make a difference internally and help clients grow. Management is always open to suggestions and willing to work together. I'm inspired every day by my team members! Most team members work remote, which allows personal flexibility and shows the trust management has in the team members hired. If you are a disciplined worker who enjoys working remotely, this a great job that keeps you challenged while still allowing for that flexibility

      Cons

      We're still a growing team, so there is naturally some growing pains with that. If you are not a resilient worker and someone who is looking for a job where you can just check the boxes each day and clock out, this job isn't for you. In terms of benefits - low vacation days and paid holidays could be improved to help long term employee satisfaction for life planning. A 401K plan would also be a nice addition to the benefits program.

Very helpful with relocation/visa process to move from Australia to America. Provided lots of assistance and support. Flexible working hours/locations. Lots of opportunities and support to challenge yourself, grow and learn within the company Passionate group of employees dedicated to high quality results. Friendly and collaborative work environment.

      Cons

      If you're used to working in a standard office environment like me, adjusting to remote working processes can take some getting used to.
