Flexible place Friendly environment Not stressful

When you do well in your job, your senior colleagues appreciates you and they place you where you're needed and you move around different sections aside from your designated space and you get appropriate raise after 3 months. You're co-workers, specially the senior ones, are generally nice and helpful. The boss is really active and constantly supervising that the system and man-power flow is consistent. Location-wise it's not so bad, in fact, beneficial because its nearby big main manufacturing for famous companies like in clothing so whenever there are sales, you're first one to know and buy. Sanitary-wise, it's as pristine, if not better, than any backdoor kitchen of a big restaurant. Everyday, everything has to be cleaned before and after the operation starts and most are obliged to do it before but they get paid for the overtime while others leaves, after the end of the day, the operation is finished. In quality control, even if its sealed already, if the packaging is not up to standard or thin cookies are broken, it is rejected but recycled in a different way. Either they go through the machine that makes small sachets with the unbroken cookies or broken cookies are stocked and packaged in bigger but fancy transparent bags and are sold on a lower price than the gourmet format. When the boss is feeling generously, he gives the employees the packages of broken cookies which are still fresh and good for snacking or you pay less, i think.
