when you're an-always-"yes"-employee type, you're stuck working overtime on sundays instead of regular saturdays overtime sometimes even if you don't want to because deadline orders have to be met and they need people. Also, like any regular work environment, the longer you work there, the more exposed you are to the underlying gossips, controversies or frictions about the full-time employees. I'm not sure about benefits and all since I didn't stay that long there but I've heard from my seniors that some accidents has happened during the work and the benefits were less than satisfactory but that I cannot guarantee is certifiably true. The boss (owner) can be temperamental or moody and uses his loud voice to express it sometimes too which adds to the stress load or meeting the orders. Sometimes, it's understandable when some machines are acting up and delaying everyones work but other times, it seems border or over-the-board at times inappropriate.
