      Don't work under this company if you are starting your career I will suggest go for better options.

      Pros

      No pros at all never apply and work in this company just HR is fine.

      Cons

      This company is not good option 1. They will not pay you on time 2. 7 days working. 3.They don't have manners 4. They do not pay amount if dues are pending. I have bad experience with this organization I will suggest not to apply for this company

      Not a single pros to work with this company

      Cons

      Has worst management. Boss don't give salary on time. Your 2 months salary will be pending for every month. Managers are overconfident. They will treat you like a servant. You will have no personal life. Salary will be getting paid after two months of work. And if fund is blocked somewhere from the client side. You will not be paid after working 12-14 hours daily. Company CEO has no brain. He run after his managers. Dirty politics. There is hire fire system. You can be fired anytime. And has no work policies.
