Pros
Met some nice people, 7 of whom left in 9 month.
Cons
Too many people hired for too little work. Bad management decision which resulted in having to let four people go. In the meantime, there was no plan to train new hires, share knowledge and use resources. Leaders with expertise had left the company, and been replaced by juniors. Their lead was lacking to drive everyone in the right direction. Honesty, transparency and inspiring leaders are missing.
