Please go through the cons properly as i have experienced major changes in the organization when i joined way back before :
1) Extensive sales pressure to branch banking employees when the compensation amount is very low compared to other competitors.
2) If there is any new product launched, no proper guidance is provided, its the branch employees who have to suffer due to improper implementation.
3) Employees in head office are least concerned about their work, if for an example, any branch banking employee is looking for a solution for their doubt, the calls are diverted to different departments/people and no apt solution is provided.
4) Employees are treated as slaves, as recently I came up with a circular which states that you can't take a leave unless all employees get an approval from the MD and CEO, since they have their new banking software launch. What a joke !!
5) In relation to the point above, employees are abruptly called on 2nd and 4th Saturday and Sundays which is a bank holiday and no holidays provided.
6) Lack of growth opportunities, as being professionally qualified and target completion for the financial year, promotion is only favored to head office employees/people with reference who have least contribution in growing bank business.
7) Yearly increment is very low, you can call it in penny. People who have no ambitions for their future can join the organization and have stagnancy with very high pressure.
8) Their is zero involvement of HR in relation to employee support as managers have the full freedom to abuse employees and no one is bothered.
9) Poor management as new banking software is about to launch since nearly three years and no specific launch date yet confirmed while other co-operative banks launched their new software within a single year.
