- Pay rate is acceptable if workload is based on what is written in contract - Helpful colleagues - Gives you a good opportunity to learn new things, higher management is open to teach
Cons
- Scope is not based on what is written in contract but more workload will be expected in order to reduce the workload of your manager - Lack in guidance (have to find out yourself of the “know how”). - Very minimal time given for task to be done - Consistent reporting is required
