Pros
-Proper guidelines, -Excellent working environment(but not Fancy type) -teamwork - very depending on the team leader, some are really nice + willing to provide guidence
Cons
- The workload is high and sometime can be challenging (most of the staff ot till 7.30pm and some of it work till late night) - teamwork-very depending on the team leader, some are not respect others people at all -Poor benefits +low basic salary

Pros
Everyone was very helpful in teaching, especially if you are a fresh graduate. It is a good place for a first working experience. There is no unnecessary office politics; everyone simply focuses on their tasks. The work covers different responsibilities, so you gain a variety of experiences as a QS. The workload depends on the team’s projects. Proper guidance is provided for every task and procedure. There is no micromanagement from the leaders.
Cons
Every team is packed with projects, so there should be more leaders to distribute the workload more evenly. The office is like a library, very quiet as everyone is focused on their work. Some leaders can be very harsh with their teams, and shouting can be heard almost every day. Most employees work overtime every day.
