- Servers start at $7.25/hour which can be nice on slow days.
- Smaller staff (probably 20-30 including back of house) let’s you get to know all your coworkers.
- The sourcing for their food is taken very seriously, it’s nice to see a company that cares about the product.
Cons
- Due to smaller staff, work/life balance can get skewed more easily, especially when someone quits and leaves the staff short handed.
- No 401k, health or dental (typical for the industry but something to note)
