Pros

Friendly and welcoming group of people. Always supportive and encouraging. Allows room to grow and experience numerous fields of work/departments.

Cons

Being a global company does mean working with teams/people overseas. I.e Lots of Teams calls and emails. Not many chances to meet in person. As a very hands on learner, I would love more opportunities to work beside my team.

We're really collaborative at TLC, if you're not able to meet teams in person, then please speak to your line manager about spending more time with other departments in the location that you are in. We're always open to work shadowing etc and we have a lot of social events where you can spend time with your teams.

Pros

The family culture created from the top down is to be admired. I spent 13 years at TLC and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a lot of fun too. They give you room to work fairly autonomously and expect results of course, but you always wanted to deliver and work hard. The London and Sydney offices in their prime were the most fun & rewarding places I've ever worked.

Cons

Salaries are OK but could be slightly more competitive.
