TLCx provides an excellent environment for learning and professional growth. The leadership is approachable and encourages new ideas. I’ve had opportunities to work on challenging projects that helped me enhance my analytical and reporting skills. The company promotes a collaborative culture where cross-functional teamwork is truly valued. Work-life balance is good, and management genuinely appreciates individual contributions.

Cons

The pace of work can be quite dynamic, especially during month-end or reporting cycles, but it helps build strong time management and prioritization skills.

I don’t really have many positives to say besides a pay check.

Cons

Extremely outdated, management is trying to get better and stay up with times but they have nothing innovative. They hire just about anyone and it made managing customer service hard and very low quality.
