Pros
Colleagues are supportive and understanding. Students are well-behaved and receptive towards learning. A good place for JC graduates / university students looking to experience the workforce.
Cons
Quite understaffed, so work might get overwhelming and quality of teaching might be compromised at times.

Pros
TLS Academy has a very friendly work environment. The staff generally have a respect for one another. Prospect for progress is good as compTany is growing. Salary is on par with the market . I must say I'm enjoying my time at TLS.
Cons
The nearest place for lunch is Newton Food Centre which is about 7 minutes walk from the office
