Leadership seemed to be something TMC struggled with. Many times there were managers that were not knowledgeable of the work flow or process, which was challenging. At times, it was confusing on who was reporting to who and why the management structure was the way that it was. While the lack of qualified management is a con, it wasn't so horrible that I would advise someone not to work for TMC. In my experience, most companies have problems finding and retaining QUALIFIED management that is able to empower individuals to grow and work as a team.
