Nothing. I really dont feel like writing any positive words since all I have is negative experience.

Cons

Bad Management. Worst Managers. Poor structure almost zero direction from upper management. Higher Employee turnover rate because of worst micro managers who dont perform there job but just keeping track of emplyee clock in time. Remote option only avaliable to upper management.

The telecommuting and remote option is available for many positions within our organization and is not limited to upper management. We believe that in changing this policy, both our employee satisfaction has increased as well as our teams’ performance. While it’s important that employees arrive to work timely, or log in to their computer if telecommuting, TMF does offer flex scheduling options. We hope that our changes to policies and procedures have assisted in improving our current employees’ overall work/life balance and satisfaction on the job.

Experience. Even if it's bad.

If you like working 12-16 hour days with no appreciation whatsoever, then this is your company. Co-worker screamed and snapped at me repeatedly and made me feel worthless up till the point of loosing the remnants of self confidence. 2 times I wasn't allowed to go to the bathroom until I finished my work!

Not a place you want to work - toxic work environment

My direct manager and team are the best.

Cons

A very toxic work environment. Although technically a not-for-profit organization, upper management is very greedy. Just laid off 47 people because of a 2-month delay on a contract. Gave people 2 weeks notice instead of the standard 60 days.

Due to delays and decreases in funding of certain government contracts, TMF was required to make a difficult business decision to ensure the viability and strength of the company going forward. We are focused on providing support and assistance to affected employees. For more than 45 years, TMF has operated with the aim of improving lives by improving the quality of health care by assisting providers and practitioners improve care for their patients through contracts with federal, state and local governments, as well as private organizations.
