As a Travel Professional and MD of a Travel/Tourism Company the next best thing to do was to Train & Educate people in the service sector, considering the growth in the Service sector particularly in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality & Retail sector.
Cons
Needs funds for growth which is noth forthcoming. No other comment.
