A glassdoor view of the company
Pros
You learn about problems. Get to work on different things. Meet with people from different industries. You will find good colleagues and the every day interaction will be pleasant (overall). They are willing to take new ideas. You are not expected to work after hours. There will be days with nothing to do and you must utilize that time efficiently. The company has a good reputation and gets a lot of clients. You learn to engage with clients. Can build an amazing network overtime. The next point should be read after you go through the cons. These cons bring a unique opportunity to make a good career.
Cons
You must take a lot of self-initiative and I don't think most people can do that. Some people might find having to work on different things too difficult. The broad range of topics means you maybe without guidance and have to learn something new on your own. (Both a good point and a bad one depending on you) You get a feeling of being monitored now and then. 1 month waiting period if you resign. No modern amenities like vending machines or any lesisure facilities. The office is old and the workplace isn't modern if you are into that sort of thing. They turn off the AC at 5 for some reason and you leave at 30. If you are from a well-off background and use to luxury, this place might be difficult for you. Position wise: Clients might be too demanding and you need to learn to draw lines on your own. Clients might engage outside office hours. Sometimes these interactions result in no return and that is part of the job. There are downsides to client facing jobs but it can also be extremely rewarding.
