Upper management runs company like a small start up business. Owners are very, very out of touch with their staff. Majority owner operates out of the country and is never seen on site. Anyone who speaks up about anything is either ignored or fired. They want cultural robots who don't ask questions and who will do whatever is asked of them without complaint. No training, no raises, and no growth within the company. Middle managers are afraid to complain to upper management. One upper manager who is on site pretends to have your best interest at heart but only in lip service. There are virtually no benefits to working at this company. They offer medical insurance only and the plan is expensive.
