Pros

Nothing, i have worked a long time here but nothing is good here specially after seperation of the leadership.

Cons

1) For QA Profile this company is worst. 2) They hire resources by saying 100 % Automation but always put in the manual testing job. Actual the company do not have must automation work. 3) QA is always in backfoot in every project, not because of the Skill but because of the QE competency leadership it is very poor. 4) The QE competency owner always favour only those peope whe is very close to him, he is very baised. 5) If you are stuck in any project/project management is bad, then you will not get any hely by the competency owner, he will raise his hand will tell you i can't help you are a senior resource you can sort your all issue with the management only don't come to me. But at the same time if project managemnt raise concern then he will blindly trust them, He is not supportive. But very supportive to those who are very close to him 6) I wan to share oen incedent- i was working in one project (US based client) and i have completed all my task withing the dedeline, but due to some business issue the clogect got closed, then i went to meet him for the next new projects, and he blaimed me the project got closed because of you, immagine i am a SR. Resource and i am doing all my task on time but how fearlessly he is blaming to me with no reasons. 7) For QA profine this is a worst company, never join this. 8) If you went for bench and it is 1+ month then mostally they will fire. Going to bench is a huge Red flag. 9) The OTT Project are worst - no work life balance

Poor resource management and workforce planning. Frequent hire-and-fire culture, leading to job insecurity. Employees are often hired for one role/domain but assigned to unrelated responsibilities and different domain. Work-life balance is largely nonexistent for non-managerial employees. Fast-paced startup culture with long working hours and high pressure.
