Pros
Working with kids is amazing. Doing lesson plans, work trips, and if your fulltime the pay is competitive.
Cons
Sexist. Never seems to employ other than Hispanic Fem. If they do they are treated as outsiders. They talk about inclusivity but they do not care about anything else besides Hispanic/latin cultures. They will also fire you for no real reason. They dont care if employees or hire ups are dating each other, they dont follow through with feedback from employees, if you are not always aggressive they will look over your talents. Incredibly chain of command structure. Toxic work environment. If your a program facilitator, weekly hours are not enough to be a career and no benefits, but higher up get bigger paychecks and luxury trips.
