Bad company who like to fire employees and without properly operating system

- This company is set up by a China couple who like to fire employees as and when they like. When I first enter, I know that they have experience massive employees leaving the company together because the owner anyhow fire a staff. - when I was brought in by them, they didn’t mention that I need to work with hazardous chemical like cyanides for their project. I did mentioned to them to buy some cyanides counter agent in event of accidents but the management ignore it. - the company brought in a lot of faulty machines and expected you to help them fixed the spoilt machines. - the company have no proper SOP on the machines. And they expected you to know how to use the machines like an expert. Please, different brand hplc have different operating software. People need time to get used to the operating software. - no 13th month bonus - weekend have to work also
