Fellow FSEs are great to work with Flexibility in workload management Full use (Inc private) of company vehicle

Cons

Management DO NOT support their people New Zealand is base of operations - If Aus position, forget about support or understanding of the Aus market. Knee jerk to ALL customer issues/complaints.

Pros

Nice people who work inside the depots, they are organized and busy schedules

Cons

The supervisor and other work members speak in general and not specific so they don't give you a straight answer, they more less play guessing games (pathetic). A supervisor who does not explain errors in detail. Poor management, and they do not consider re-training, its very difficult process, theft occurs (who the hell wants to take 10cent product lol, but I suppose when it mounts up to lots of product gone missing without manifesting. There is obviously a problem it takes more than 1 person to master mind this it would be a group involve. This occurs often at a depot.
