Flexibility, good colleagues, great international collaboration

Cons

Lack of proper expertise in the company, don't take DEI seriously, and have heard inappropriate comments from senior colleagues in the HQ (The Netherlands)

Fun culture and attitude to working. Great work life balance if your manager will allow it.

Cons

Low salary. Recently a lot of changes to the future inter company culture which are negative. A bit of the loudest wheel gets the oil culture.
