      The people who work there are great.

      Cons

      This was the worst job I have ever had. I gave my 2 weeks notice and they asked me to stay 2 days longer than the 2 weeks which I agreed to being nice and then they held a weeks pay out of pure spite. The other people who work there are great but the owners are extremely socially awkward and extremely mean spirited. I worked extremely hard for them and got along with everyone there. They were very unprofessional. I’m a single mom with 4 girls in college and they took a weeks pay from me.

      There are none! Working at this particular company was a waste of my time and energy!

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Company does not invest in it's employee's and the owner has very weak listening skills.

      Pros

      If you enjoy working hard and getting paid to learn new technology, as well as contribute to a team enviornment this is a great fit for you! And if you truly commit yourself, management, and your peers will take notice. Being a smaller company has its benefits, i find that if you work hard (and i do, beleive me) you get rewarded.

      Cons

      As with any job you need to set your own pace and give the company your all, if you do this everything will work in your favor, it has for me!!
