      Pros

      Very relaxed environment Family friendly, good work / life balance (though not sure how much longer this will last) Great support teams (IT, Admin, Finance, Settlement) I had the privilege of working with some really lovely, decent and simply amazing people

      Cons

      Under-staffed & lack of resources often resulting in working long hours & weekends, and extremely stressful for some Too much politics & toxic hindrance post merger causing great distractions Honesty & Integrity have become words of Mission Statement and no longer the core values that were once observed & practiced
