Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you appreciate the early release before long weekends—providing work–life balance where possible is something we strive to do. We also appreciate your candid comments regarding onsite requirements, work-from-home flexibility, internal mobility, and policy changes. We understand that working onsite five days a week may not align with everyone’s preferences, and we continue to evaluate our workplace approach to balance collaboration, business needs, and employee expectations. Your feedback about policy changes and internal promotions is especially important. As the company grows, updates to policies are sometimes necessary, but we recognize the importance of clear communication and consistency. We are also committed to strengthening internal career development and ensuring employees have opportunities to grow within the organization before we look externally. Thank you again for your perspective. Hearing directly from employees helps us identify where we can improve and reinforces our commitment to creating a more transparent, supportive, and growth-focused workplace.
