Pros
The team is focused on high quality code and process, which results in really smooth developer experience, as well as opportunity to use modern technologies. The structure is very flat and it feels like you can talk to anyone across the business without worrying about their 'title' vs yours.
Its a really positive, flexible and inclusive environment and it's by far my favourite role so far!
