      Other companies are hiring so you don't have to work here

      Cons

      The new leadership is lost and their philosophy has changed such that only the numbers matter. They do not care about anyone - just get the numbers so they can go public with their pending IPO, get paid, move on, and who cares about the anyone else

      Pros

      Benefits are good and the CEO Bill is a really nice guy who seems sheltered from the realities of how unskilled, unethical or political the management of all areas, in almost all regions are of the world are.

      Cons

      Really not much to say here. This company has a very negative culture and the skill level of those working in many areas is very much lacking. Not really a place to grow with. Just a paycheck and a really old hostel workforce in many departments.
