Greedy Company, Awful Management and Ethics

Pros

When I left this crazy company. Finding out all of their good employees are moving on from them as well.

Cons

Family owned - self explanatory! SEVERE and UNNECESSARY micro managing by wannabe owner Lauren Campbell. Low salary pay, horrible benefits, and NO commission paid to recruiters. Instead, silly gift card games are offered up as incentive to "play" for extra money. Has lost all of their most valuable recruiters, staff and large clients because of their terrible management and greedy attitudes. Recruiters are forced to harass and interrogate temporary workers about prior workers compensation claims - totally illegal! Employee raises revoked along with salary cuts.

Care only for themselves

Pros

Non-Management staff care about helping you succeed. Full Autonomy of who you place

Cons

Way too much micromanaging. Sure they'll offer you the moon and the stars but it is not worth it. Recruiters are not paid commission and there is no bonus structure except little "games" to win gift cards. Remote recruiters have cameras in their office for "safety reasons' but they are pointed directly at you at all times and constantly monitored by the owners daughter. Too much time spent trying to council teammates who are frustrated and can't handle the unnecessary pressure which is placed on them. Sales has no relationships with their clients, they get the contract signed and it's up to the recruiters to manage, recruit and build the relationship with the clients. Recruiters who have to go onsite are chastised for leaving the office to meet with clients despite the fact you are ultimately in charge of that particular client. Management decides who clears a background check and who doesn't regardless of how long ago that person's infraction was. No clients had a stipulation for nothing in a person's record ever. Overall, a poorly run operation with no advancement opportunities, over-promising and unfair compensation for amount of work a recruiter puts in.

The most unprofessional staffing company I've ever worked for

Pros

They can find you a job.

Cons

Receptionist lie about a recruiters being unavailable. One recruiter by the name of Cori was very rude to me while I was on assignment for her. Not to mention I could never get her on the phone. When you walk into the office, you can hear recruiters tell the receptionist that they don't want to speak to job candidates.
