      Decent Overall, Pay can be a little under market wages.

      Pros

      Primary Contractor with DoN. Gave me the opportunity. Longterm contract.

      Cons

      Sometime feel forgotten with contractor management. For the large contract numbers When they renew with DoN they should be paying top pay. This is an area you have to work hard for to show you deserve your wage. No yearly bonuses.

      Great Management Great Pay Ok Benefits, the medical insurance had higher premiums because the company was so small

      Cons

      There is a history of people having issues with being promoted. It is really up to the employee. You do have to wait for opportunities and contracts to open up, but it is definitely up to the employee to apply and interview for these new jobs.
