      *Absolutely love working both for and with our awesome clients *Work is varied and challenging *Love the pace *Love that standards are high and I’m surrounded by talented people *Leaders and teams always put people first *Work is flexible and fits with my many other commitments

      Cons

      If there is something TQ can do better you share it with the team and they make change or explain things to us . This is genuinely why there is nothing to add in Cons but I will update this section if that changes .

      A fully flex model

      Pros

      I was able to work part-time, fully remote, and work the hours (in a day) best suited to me. Interesting and varied projects. Great clients. Lots of expertise within the TQ team to lean on, if needed.

      Cons

      Work could be sporadic - swinging from lots on to nothing to do.
