      TRACE offers a degree of creative freedom, which can be a major draw for individuals who thrive in an environment that empowers them to express their artistic vision. This flexibility allows you to potentially make a real impact on projects. However, this creative freedom comes with a significant caveat: management issues.

      Cons

      Upper management fosters a toxic environment riddled with gossip and disrespect for colleagues. This, coupled with their lack of essential skills and poor decision-making, has negatively impacted the company's success. Additionally, TRACE has lost all of its top employees within one year and is now reduced to a handful of overworked and underpaid staff. Working in such an atmosphere is incredibly draining.
