Nothing good to say about this company is good.

Cons

The owner is only looking out for himself and not his employees. You are paid minimum wage but expected to work around the clock. There is a reason the company uses short term employment agencies to fill jobs and that is because it does not treat its employees right or pay them fairly.

We do impactful work for companies across the nation, and everything we do feels purposeful. The office is beautiful, and the work environment is positive and motivating. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place where they can grow and contribute.

Cons

If there's one con, it's how hard it is to choose where to eat lunch at the Irvine Spectrum! Lots of option!

Poor communication, no planning skills, blame culture, gaslighting, lack of respect among collogues, changing your job description substantially, favoritism, CEO exhibits high levels of narcissism and blames and everyone else for mistakes.
