      1. Doc. And representative work is more rather than focus on technical 2. No bridge between seniors and juniors They are extremely busy and no proper guidance 3. Seniors cannot see sitting you ideal for 5 min 4. To much micromanagement 5. No perks 6. Office politics 7. No WFH policy for emergency as well 8. No compensation on OT
