Pros
Selling a used car sucks. This startup set out to fix that. Smart team, but an unpolished business model that has holes to fill. You definitely get to learn to move quick and put out fires, which can be a learning experience.
Cons
Turnover and pivots. But this is commonplace amongst early stage startups. CEO is brilliant when it comes to selling the dream, this unfortunately wears off after awhile. Pay is also not that competitive, so better for a recent college grad or someone wanted to work for a cool startup.
