Pros

1) Pay was reasonable 2) Employees (Peers) were nice

Cons

1) Management, from Mexico HQ, has no idea how to manage an IT organization. 2) Micromanagement and too much focus on where you are working rather than what is being accomplished. 3) Lack of tools and support from IT Sr. Management to be successful in performing job duties. 4) Processes are poorly designed and no access to tools to adequately service end users. 5) No support from local HR

Pros

Work is easy. That's about it.

Cons

Nearly all of the current employees come from a previous place in the area, so they all have a bias against anyone who was there before them and anyone who is trying to come in now who didn't come from this other place. There is one supervisor who gleefully got a girl's contract terminated on her first night because the girl worked with this supervisor and the HR rep at the previous place. That type of vendetta makes it terrifying to work with them and leave. HR does not care at all about your problems. Even if you come in with a Dr note, they will still give you points and terminate. HR will do nothing about bad supervisors who just scream at employees for no reason. Morale in that place is the absolute lowest I've ever seen at any employment. There is no advancement, they say they like to promote from within, but they don't. When you apply to the job posting, HR will tell you they already filled the position from outside, even if the job was posted a day ago. Thier main customer is building a line in one of thier plants to build this product, because Tremec can't keep up and can't send quality products. The design of the line is a absolute joke and was clearly designed by someone completely unqualified and OK'ed by incompetent management. It's a shame too because it's a brand new facility.

Pros

New facility; they had a good benefits program before it was removed during COVID

Cons

There are so many negatives, but the only reason that this facility is still open is because of the GM strike, and COVID. They did not have PPAP until 8 months after SORP. There is a seemingly revolving door of consulting companies that keep getting hired. GM had to remove a shift at their plant due to this facility's inability to build parts; no EDI; operations misuses so many parts that inventory will never be accurate; and so much more. If you enjoy chaos, stand in traffic, this place is not worth it.
