Access to and transparency in all departments to learn things, no restrictions as to be in designated department only. One can learn things from all sectors
Cons
1. Badly delayed salary. Almost 3 months 2. Poor management 3. No flexibility in work timings and leaves 4. No provision for ideas and thoughts of new resources who join the company. They just go with customs followed there over years and compelling us to follow same 5. Management pressurising employees despite delayed salary
