Pros

Fairly interesting, yet low-quality projects in the amusement ride industry

Cons

I recommend to all to stay away from this company. It is a culture of mediocrity. On the management side, there is no direction to the company that is visible and no direction is given to the employees (why does this have to be such an all-too familiar story?). Managers at all level are ineffectual, or worse, do much damage. People are constantly leaving the company because the can not stand it. If you work there you will not get any of the information you need to do your job well, or (heaven forbid) to feel that you are actually part of a company and part of a team, and part of a project. Apart from incompetence, there is a culture of aggressive behavior that permeates the company. Although they try to put lipstick on all of this hostility by hosting parties and ping-pong tournaments, don't be fooled by it, as it is just that, a coat of lipstick. Do yourself a favor and continue your job search and find another, serious company to work for.

Pros

They reimburse half the price of the monthly pass. (I think this is the only serious real advantage they have that comes in mind) You start at 3 weeks for vacation... and wait 10 years to get the fourth!! Not too far from a metro station, with a huge grocery store. This is perfect for the kind of person who likes pretty loud workspace and also likes "special days" like in elementary/high school (pyjamas days/people disguise in rabbit throwing cheap egg chocolate / Everyone put one decoration on Christmas tree, and more!) If you are also the kind of person that is lazy, but pretend to look like someone that works very hard and knows everything and that everyone believes it, that's the perfect place for you! You'll go unnoticed! Wonderful! And the best of the bests, the Fridays, no one really works! (they pretend to!) That's wonderful! In the morning, there's the "breakfast". The employees (about 8) makes the food (that the company doesn't pay for) in the morning (sometimes the day before) until 10am, then there is the "call for food", and everyone turns almost like zombies walking fast to get the most of the food. That's a pretty weird spectacle, to be honest. And then, it can last up to 2 hours for eating and chatting. And to finish, it's that around 3 pm, some (a lot) people start drinking their beer, for the rest of the day! So working here, is like working 4 days per weeks instead of 5!

Cons

- First, run away from them, don't approach them! - Directors and their bunch of VP, doesn't care of the employees and doesn't listen to them. They do not take anyone seriously. - There is an incredibly amount of directors and VP (almost 10, ridiculous) versus the number of employee. - Bureaucracy of almost 10 VP that are overwhelming and harassing. - The quality of their projects is really low. - No one in this company is interested in movie/video games or play them... and that's what they do! - You're working with a bunch of juniors that doesn't know what to do, there's no senior! - There is a lot of people that leaves since the past years, and they are unable to replace them with the same level/experience. - Seniority isn't recognised - Only juniors can be lead/managers - The company is on a downhill. - There is no possibility of growing in the company. - There is a LOT of INTIMIDATION and HARASSMENT! - Every single managers, are incompetent. They don't want to help you with your problems, whatever they are. - They are hiding every problems with parties, beers and candies. - When you have too much experience in the company, they show you the door. - Messy kitchen and bathroom, I've seen horrible things. - Unstable income, since we do not know when they will crash. - They always use the same excuse for all their problems, "we are a growing company, so it's normal to have these probleme", this is not normal when you use this for more than 5 years, and that nothing has changed since
